Free Zone Company Formation

The right zone.
For the work you do.

Free Zones offer different activity lists, facilities and incorporation arrangements. The right choice starts with your business model, rather than the lowest advertised licence price.

We help compare suitable jurisdictions and bring the practical questions into one discussion: workspace, shareholder documents, residency needs, market access and ongoing costs.

What we help with

Practical support.
Considered at every stage.

01

Activity and jurisdiction

We review the services or products you will offer and compare where those activities can be licensed.

02

Ownership and documents

We help organise the proposed shareholders, company details and supporting documents required for the chosen application.

03

Workspace and residency

We assess the workspace options and any related residency requirements, so the proposed setup supports how you will actually work.

04

Formation and follow-through

We coordinate the application and help plan banking preparation, renewals and the next stages after the company is established.

Find your fit

Eight zones. Different possibilities.

Your activity, workspace, ownership and visa needs should lead the decision. We compare the practical requirements before recommending a Free Zone.

05

Your questions, considered

A little clarity.
Before we begin.

Ask us something else
Can a Free Zone company serve UAE customers?

The answer depends on the activity, jurisdiction and how the business will operate. Additional permissions or arrangements may be relevant. We assess your intended transactions before recommending a route.

Can I begin from outside the UAE?

Some formation steps may be handled remotely. The chosen authority, residency process and bank may have separate identity checks or attendance requirements.

Will the licence cover future activities?

A licence covers its approved activities. If your business changes, the activity list and any additional approvals should be reviewed before you start the new work.

What is the difference between FZE, FZC and a branch?

Free Zones use different names and rules for their legal forms. An FZE or FZC is a form of Free Zone entity; a branch extends an existing company. We confirm the shareholder, liability and documentation requirements with the chosen authority.

How many visas can the company support?

Visa eligibility and allocation depend on the Free Zone, licence, workspace and applicable immigration requirements. We assess your planned team and family arrangements before selecting a package.

What should I include in the setup budget?

Consider authority and incorporation fees, workspace, immigration and residency costs, professional support and recurring renewals. The proposal should show which items are included and which depend on your final requirements.
